The Joint Committee for Equal Opportunities (CUG) of the University of Pisa offers an annual financial contribution to all members of the Pisa university community (teaching staff, researchers, technical and administrative staff, students, PhD candidates, postgraduate medical trainees, research fellows, and scholarship holders) who enrol their children in summer camps, sports centres, and other accredited facilities (subject to the submission of the required documentation, according to instructions provided each year through dedicated FAQs, application forms, and related attachments).
The contribution is available for:
- children of nursery, kindergarten, primary school, or lower secondary school age;
- children attending upper secondary school, provided they are under 14 years of age;
- children with disabilities, in which case the reimbursement is not subject to age limits.
2025 Contributions
The financial contribution will be €30.00 per week, for a maximum period of 4 weeks per child.
Applicants who are interested may request the contribution by filling in the form available at: https://su.unipi.it/campisolari2025, which will remain open until October 31, 2025, at 10:00 a.m.
Before completing the form, applicants are invited to carefully read the FAQs, which provide detailed information on the required documentation to be uploaded.
All documents (invoices, membership cards, duly signed Annex B) must be uploaded in PDF format; documents submitted in any other format will not be accepted.
IMPORTANT: If the submitted documentation is incorrect or incomplete, the offices will not request any additional integration.
The University CUG has allocated €35,000.00 for summer camp contributions. If this amount is not sufficient to cover all applications received, the Committee will reduce the contribution proportionally among all applicants.
