Gender Equality Plan
It is a strategic plan structured into a series of thematic areas of intervention, within which specific objectives and the actions needed to achieve them are identified. The planning developed through the GEP, in accordance with supranational, European, and national requirements, has pursued the following goals: the dissemination of gender culture; the promotion of diversity; the fight against all forms of discrimination; and the creation of a working environment that fosters psychological and physical well-being.

Positive Action Plan
The Positive Action Plan (PAP) provides specific tools aimed at identifying and removing any discrimination based on gender, religious belief or personal and political convictions, ethnic and cultural background, sexual orientation and identity, disabilities, age, and employment status. The plan also includes a series of initiatives designed to promote organisational well-being for all members of the university community.
Gender Budget
The Gender Budget (BdG) provides a contextual analysis of the University from a gender perspective. It serves as a tool for planning positive actions and for defining strategic planning for equality and inclusion.
